SYSTEM SECURITY.  I will not attempt to bypass any security and/or access features of this site.

VIOLATIONS. If I use these services in violation of this agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local, federal and or civil laws. I agree to be responsible for all legal fees and loss of any income due the owners,  Officers of this site. I understand that my membership will be canceled without notice or refund.

USE OF INFORMATION. I will not use or provide any information about or contained within this site against the providers, owners, Corporate Officers, and/or creators of this site in any type of action, legal or otherwise.

CANCELLING AND REFUNDS. Absolutely no refunds will be given after a username and password have been issued. If we find a charge has been forcefully refunded or charged back, you will be in violation of this agreement. You may cancel your membership at any time, to do so please refer directly to CCBILL. Your account will  be cancelled at the end of your subscription period. Chargebacks or forced refunds from your account will  cause you to be listed in an online fraud database. This will prevent you from using your credit card, or phone number on the internet again with over 100,000 companies that use CCBILL as their online billing processor.  We will not issue refunds for any other reason, with the exception of fraud (read below for details). Even if you do not, or can not access our service because you are unable to properly configure your software or any other reason, there are still no refunds given. Even if you have just joined and immediately cancel, full charges will still apply and your account will expire at the end of its current term. 

A Note from our billing company regarding refunds and fraud claims: It should be noted that, with very few exceptions, every credit card refund results in that card number being entered into CBILL's negative database. This is our in-house record of past problem customers. Yes, it's possible for a never-before-encountered credit card number to fraudulently buy from one CCBILL client... once. After that, the card number is forever blocked from purchasing anything from any CBILL client. Anyone who thinks about requesting a refund by falsely claiming his card was used fraudulently had better be sure that he will never again want to use that card on over 100,000 web sites. Even if the charge arrived on your statement because someone else used your card, CCBILL has to assume that if it happened once it might happen again. If someone unknown to you is placing charges on your credit card, now would be a very good time to call your credit card issuer, cancel that card number and start over with a new one.

The same terms equally apply to returned checks and other payment processors we use (Verotel, 2000charge.com) or will use in the future. Making a chargeback  through any of these payment processing companies will prevent you from using ALL of them for buying goods or services on the Internet. 

Shortly after submitting your chargeback, you will receive a letter in the mail from the  third party advising you that your account has been turned over to the collection agency. The letter will state your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). You will have 30 days to submit a written response or your debt will be assumed valid. You will also receive follow-up calls within 5 days of receiving a letter. The phone calls will continue at a rate of three to four per week until the debt is paid. You will be instructed to remit payment for the amount of chargeback as well as the fees feeteria.com has incurred (usually $20-$25 per individual chargeback). Depending on your place of residence, back interest can also be added at varying interest rates. 

Continued refusal to pay the debt will result in a charge off being reported to a major credit bureau. "Feeteria.com" charge off item will be applied to your credit report. 

FRAUD. If your credit card or phone number was fraudulently used to gain access to this service, Email a copy of the Police Report to us at feeteria@feeteria.com. We will have our payment processor refund the charge and have your credit card or phone number blocked from anyone ever using it again. We will provide this information to the FBI and/or Interpol for substantiation of criminal fraud charges. We take fraud very seriously, and will press charges, both criminal and civil. Users who commit fraud by gaining access to our site and then by what ever means obtain refunds, are committing fraud against a corporation in interstate commerce.

Password sharing is theft. Under NO circumstances will you share your User ID and password with anyone. We have multiple systems in place that track all usage of the site and we catch ALL password sharing. Usage of your User ID and password will be monitored closely and your membership will be terminated without warning or refund should we discover that User ID / password sharing is occurring. Caught password sharers are reported for fraud and their accounts closed. 

We also have systems in place to track hacking attempts. Hacking attempts are automatically banned from the entire server. Legal action will also take place in these situations.  

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS. You must have Internet access to use our service and the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Any Windows, Linux or Macintosh system will work. 

JURISDICTION AND VENUE. This site is controlled and operated by Feeteria.com and its representatives from their offices in the United States of America. They make no representation that the materials available on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from jurisdictions where their contents are illegal is prohibited. These provisions of this Terms of Use are to be governed and construed by California law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Terms of Use, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in state or federal court in the City and County of Los Angeles, California.

NOTICES. Notices by Feeteria.com to customers will be given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the site. Notices by customers to Feeteria.com will be given by electronic messages unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
